This playful yoga class is designed for kids ages 5 to 10. Children will learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the mind, increase strength and flexibility, and concentration.
$25 per session or $115 for a 5 punch pass

Second and Last Sundays of the Month
Join us and connect with your family’s gifts of harmony, love, laughter & fitness though the ancient practice of yoga.
Yoga poses, breathing exercises and nurturing relaxation techniques will awaken the inner child in all. This class is a wonderful opportunity for some family bonding time.

Little Ones and Grown-ups
For children ages 2-4
Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Little ones (ages 2-4) will laugh, move, play, and make new friends in a safe, joyful space. Through fun activities, songs, and games, they’ll learn to be mindful, explore their creativity, and build confidence—all while having a blast with a parent, special guest, even a nanny.

Strength and Balance Workshop
A fun, confidence-building workshop for 3rd–5th graders that uses playful yoga movements to improve strength, balance, and body awareness. Through games and challenges, kids learn poses safely while building focus and self-confidence in a positive environment—plus, it’s a great way to gear up for the 5-week class series that follows.

Family Yoga Workshop: Loving-Kindness
This special workshop blends movement, mindfulness, music, games, and creativity to help families connect, relax, and explore the power of giving and receiving with open hearts. Expect a playful and peaceful morning.

Strength and Balance Series
Love big, exciting postures? Love to show off what you can do? Then this class may be just for you! Join Kiefer for 5 weeks as you break down fun, dynamic yoga poses—building strength, balance, and coordination along the way. Through step-by-step guidance, you’ll grow confidence in your postures and explore bigger, bolder movements you might not experience in a regular kids yoga class.

Parent’s Night Out
Parents — make it a Valentine’s treat for yourself 💖
Ease into the weekend by taking time to relax, reconnect with other adults, or enjoy a special evening with loved ones. While you’re away, children ages 4–12 will delight in Valentine-themed yoga, creative movement, crafts, and games.

Make & Take: Calming Creations
A Winter Sensory + Art Series for Kids
This cozy, creative 4-week series invites kids to unwind after school with mindful movement and hands-on sensory art projects they’ll love—and get to take home!
Each week features a themed “make & take” activity designed to spark creativity, support emotional regulation, and engage the senses—paired with playful, age-appropriate mindfulness practices.
