Our world has collectively shifted as a result of COVID-19. For many of us, it’s reoriented how we interact with the outside world, how we interact with each other, and what we need for ourselves.

At Aditi, we’ve turned to what has always made us feel calm and centered — our daily yoga practice — as a way to get a much-needed dose of movement, perspective, and community. And, that hasn’t stopped as we’ve made space for virtual practice in addition to our in-person class offerings. In the stories below, our practitioners share a few words on how their “Yoga From Home” practice has helped them through these interesting times.
