Explore Our Variety of Yoga Styles
We know that you, like us, have both energetic days and drained days. So no matter what you're feeling, we've got your mood covered.
Hatha
Slow Flow
Hatha—Slow moving, longer-held postures with the occasional slow-flowing sequence. Emphasized attention to alignment, anatomy, physical awareness and breath control. Detailed instruction will help you move deeper into your practice over time. Ideal for new practitioners, experienced yogis desiring more specific instruction, and those wanting to renew their alignment in both fundamental and intermediate postures.
Slow Flow classes are for students who are ready to step up their practice and incorporate more standing poses and some movement, including sun salutations. These classes are well rounded giving each student an opportunity to go deeper into their practice in a safe and supported environment. Focus is given to breath work, proper alignment, and enhancing the relaxation response of the central nervous system. Leave class feeling more balanced and content.
Gentle
Gentle—Slow moving, breath-centered postures with little-to-no owing sequences. Ideal for new practitioners, anyone needing a slower pace, or those seeking a reintroduction to practice. Lots of props for great support and simple instructions. No exibility or previous experience required.
Restorative Yoga
The perfect end to the day or weekend, Restorative Yoga is a facet of yoga dedicated to a curated slowness in the form of 3-5 asanas throughout the class held for longer periods of time. The dedicated slowness of the class allows our muscles to acclimate and release tension at their own pace. All levels welcome.
We Love Our Teachers
Each instructor is Yoga Alliance Certified and offers something unique to our community here at Aditi.

In her classes, Amanda integrates mindfulness techniques, mantra, and breathwork to fully immerse students in the present moment.

Throughout the pandemic, Joey taught virtual and outdoor prenatal yoga. You can expect a more nontraditional approach in Joey's class and a yoga flow that mimics a birth experience. A slow, intentional flow of stretches that builds (early labor) to core engagement, goddess squats (active labor) to build your stamina and strength to prepare for your baby's (or babies’!) birth, followed by savasana (post labor). Joey closes her practice with a celebration for the mamas in class who are in their final weeks of pregnancy.
