Family Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop
Learn how to teach yoga to families, share yoga with your family, or both!
Families who practice yoga and mindfulness together often feel happier, healthier, more playful, communicative, aware, peaceful, and connected. Whether it’s a full class or a short shared practice, yoga and mindfulness offer families a meaningful way to bond, slow down, appreciate the present moment, shift perspective, and more often than not, share sweet moments and laughter.
This training is for yoga teachers, mindfulness instructors, parents, caregivers, nannies, grandparents, family educators, counselors, therapists, social workers, community group facilitators, and anyone who loves yoga and mindfulness and cares about the well-being of families.
