Summer Camps
Stretch, play, and grow this summer! Our Kids Yoga Camps combine movement, mindfulness, and fun in a supportive, creative environment. Each week offers age-appropriate yoga sessions, breathing exercises, mindful games, and art projects—all designed to build confidence, balance, and calm. Whether your child is a first-time yogi or already loves their mat, our camps are a joyful way to nurture body and mind all summer long.
Tropical Mindfulness Retreat -- Jun 23rd-25th
This summer mindfulness program offers children an island-inspired retreat focused on creativity, movement, and relaxation. Through tropical crafts, mindful motion, and calming beach-themed exercises, kids learn simple tools to unwind and reset.
Fairy Yoga -- June 30th - July 2nd
Step into a magical fairy world where mindfulness meets movement! During Fairy Yoga Week, children will enjoy gentle yoga flows, imaginative movement, and fairy-inspired crafts, all while learning calming techniques that help them feel peaceful, confident, and connected.
Zen Zones -- July 14th-16th
Step into a peaceful, creativity-filled camp designed just for kids. This mindfulness experience invites school-aged children to slow down, explore calming art and sensory activities, engage in gentle movement, and build simple relaxation strategies they can use in everyday life.
Mindcraft Yoga Week -- July 21st-23rd
Build calm and confidence during Minecraft Yoga Week! Children will explore mindful movement inspired by the world of Minecraft, enjoy creative building-style activities, and practice simple relaxation techniques that help them reset, focus, and unwind.
Pokemon Yoga Week -- Aug 4th-6th
Power up mindfulness during Pokémon Yoga Week! Children will move through game-inspired yoga poses, practice focus and breathing skills, and enjoy creative activities that help build confidence, balance, and calm.
Camping Yoga Week -- Aug 11th-13th
Pitch a tent for calm and creativity! This camping-themed yoga week invites children to stretch, move, and relax through outdoor-inspired poses, imaginative activities, and soothing mindfulness exercises designed to bring a sense of balance and ease.
Mindful Beginnings Week -- Aug 18th-20th
This 3-day camp helps students reset and recharge through yoga, mindfulness, and creative activities. Children will practice mindful movement and simple relaxation techniques that build focus, confidence, and emotional balance—so they’re ready to head into the new school year feeling grounded and refreshed.
