Colleen Bell

Colleen has been teaching since 2013, shortly after getting her 200 hour certification from Samadhi Yoga. In 2019, she graduated from Twist Yoga’s 500 hour program. Currently, she is enrolled in Yoga Medicine’s Therapeutic Specialist program and is always excited to learn more!

Colleen’s classes are fun and accessible. She is a trauma- informed teacher and passionate about nervous system health. She takes a functional movement approach, using action cues to guide students to a deeper awareness of their body. She offers mindful movement for a sustainable practice. She enjoys bringing in a balance of stability, mobility & strength to create openness and balance.  You are invited to join her outside of your comfort zone and find acceptance of yourself in your practice.
