Bree Jones is a nurse anesthetist with over 20 years of nursing experience, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals across all stages of life. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings, including specialized intensive care units, and served as a critical care flight nurse, transporting patients of all ages via helicopter, plane, and ambulance. In these high-pressure environments, Bree witnessed the profound importance of balance and resilience, which inspired her journey into yoga—offering her a powerful source of healing and transformation.
In 2021, Bree completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and felt called to share the gifts of yoga with others. As a mother to an elementary-aged child, she is passionate about helping families embrace compassion, empathy, mindfulness, and the confidence to honor their authentic selves.
