Sally teaches mindful, fluid, alignment based yoga linking breath with movement. Teaching with compassion, acceptance, and humor, she encourages students to honor their own body and own experience, while cultivating inner awareness. She hopes to help her students quiet the mind, reconnect to the heart and the breath, and find strength and ease in the body, both on and off the mat. Sally has been a student and practitioner of yoga for more than 20 years, a practice that has greatly influenced her life. She eventually felt a pull to share her experience with yoga as a teacher, and received her 200 hour RYT certification in January 2012 in Nosara, Costa Rica. She is currently in the process of completing her 500 hour RYT certification through 8 Limbs Yoga here in Seattle. In addition to teaching yoga, Sally provides Thai yoga bodywork through her business, www.tulathaiyoga.com, and is a certified Reiki practitioner.
