Michelle has been teaching prenatal yoga since 2003. She holds certifications from multiple teachers across many disciplines including therapeutic yoga, bodywork, and lymphatic drainage. Michelle views yoga and massage therapy as an invitation to experience sensation, and her emphasis on the breath as well as poses that gently strengthen the body are an opportunity for her students to experience significant changes in their nervous system and beyond. She credits yoga and group sharing with helping her to feel well-resourced during the birth of two children and in so many aspects of life.
