Valerie Holt

With a lifelong movement background in theatre, dance, martial arts and yoga, Valerie is interested in helping students find body-mind connection through a fun, holistic practice. She guides physical exercise, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques based in traditional yoga to offer strength-building as well as stress relief. Valerie has 18 years of teaching experience in various styles of yoga including pre & postnatal. She loves sharing yogic wisdom to support the challenges of the perinatal cycle and early parenthood. Her instruction is culturally competent, trauma-informed and inclusive.
