Michelle Quigley Pearson

Michelle Quigley Pearson

Michelle has been teaching prenatal yoga since 2003. She holds certifications from multiple teachers across many disciplines including therapeutic yoga, bodywork, and lymphatic drainage. Michelle views yoga and massage therapy as an invitation to experience sensation, and her emphasis on the breath as well as poses that gently strengthen the body are an opportunity for her students to experience significant changes in their nervous system and beyond.

Janiece Collopy

Janiece Collopy

Janiece is excited to bring her knowledge of birth into her yoga teaching. So many of the techniques she has learned through yoga are highly applicable in aiding labor and the postpartum period. Though birth is a large focus of hers, she believes yoga can benefit everyone in any stage of life and enjoys teaching all ages. Her classes are light-hearted, and encourage an environment of self-love, kindness and respect.

Darla Mosse

Darla Mosse

Darla completed her 200 hour teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga in 2013 and her 500 RYT in 2019. She is also trained in iRest Level 1, Insight Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. She teaches restorative, yin, iRest Yoga Nidra, gentle, slow flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal, and Baby & Me Yoga. Her teaching focuses on calming the mind and connecting the breath with movement so that the practice becomes a moving meditation. She believes yoga should be fun and laughter is always welcome.

Joey Harris

Joey Harris

Joey has been a student of yoga since 2016. She completed her Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2019 and winter of 2020. Throughout the pandemic, Joey taught virtual and outdoor prenatal yoga. You can expect a more nontraditional approach in Joey's class and a yoga flow that mimics a birth experience. A slow, intentional flow of stretches that builds (early labor) to core engagement, goddess squats (active labor) to build your stamina and strength to prepare for your baby's (or babies’!) birth, followed by savasana (post labor). Joey closes her practice with a celebration for the mamas in class who are in their final weeks of pregnancy.
