Jen Oato Bennett, SEP, RYT, is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Somatic Bodywork Practitioner, and Movement Healing Facilitator whose work centers on trauma healing, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.
Jen has nearly 10 years of experiencing helping individuals and groups connect to themselves through movement. As a dancer, she believes joy and play are essential practices to a movement practice. She brings an embodied movement perspective to her work, and is passionate about creating spaces that invite curiosity, connection, and a deeper sense of trust in the body.
At Aditi, Jen offers Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Bodywork, and public yoga and movement classes. Her individual work supports people in developing greater awareness, capacity, and connection within their bodies as they navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting people through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood.
Jen's Somatic Bodywork practice incorporates gentle, supportive, and responsive touch alongside body awareness and client-led exploration, offering another pathway toward grounding, connection, and nervous system integration.
Outside of work Jen enjoys time with her two young children, soulful conversations with friends, competition reality TV, and a good chocolate chip cookie.
