Naomi Fujita

Naomi has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and completed her 200-hour teacher training at the University of Washington. The philosophies and practices of yoga inspire her to offer accessible approaches that support those navigating modern life and chronic stress. Guided by her sankalpa (intention) to serve with care, she helps people reconnect to themselves through yoga tailored for modern needs.

In 2024, Naomi trained with Petra Coveney, the founder of Menopause Yoga in the U.K., and went on to establish Seattle Menopause Yoga, offering classes that support people through perimenopause and menopause. She aims to reframe menopause as an opportunity for self-knowledge, health, and empowerment through movement and community.
