Niaja is a yin yoga instructor passionate about creating nurturing spaces for mothers through mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative care. Her approach to yin yoga emphasizes nervous system regulation, deep rest, fascia release, grounding, and embodiment throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and daily life. Through gentle movement, guided rest, hip-opening postures, breath awareness, and nervous system support. She supports mothers in cultivating deeper trust in their bodies by helping them to slow down and tune inward as she intentionally creates moments to connect with themselves and bond with their babies.
