Rachel Drake

Rachel recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Grinning Yogi, with a focus on vinyasa yoga. As a mom of three young children, she spent many of her pregnancy and postpartum years at Aditi, where yoga helped her prepare for birth, navigate the physical challenges of motherhood, and find moments of calm in busy seasons of life. She is grateful to now teach in the community that supported her through those years and to carry forward the legacy of Julie, whose warmth and impact continue to be felt throughout Aditi. After recently stepping away from a corporate career, she has been exploring a more balanced and intentional pace of life, and she hopes her classes offer a welcoming space for students to move, breathe, and connect with themselves, their babies, and their community.
