Shannon is a registered yoga instructor, occupational therapist and psychology graduate student with a passion for empowering individuals on their health and wellness journey. In the studio, Shannon blends her background as a rehabilitation professional with her experience as a yoga and fitness instructor to guide folks towards union with their body and mind. Through intentional movement within a supportive community, she hopes to inspire sustainable self-care practices that enhance health and wellness throughout the lifespan.
Kate Kingery
Kate is an experienced Pilates instructor, personal trainer, sports coach, musical theater director and dance teacher. Kate was drawn to teaching Pilates in 2003 as a complement to studying dance and playing ultimate frisbee in Chicago, IL. After moving to Seattle in 2006, she completed the Metropolitan Authentic Training Pilates certification program with Dorothee Vandewalle and continued teaching Pilates around the region. She has also completed Power Pilates Mat, Balanced Body Reformer, Ring and Roller, Pilates Mat, and multiple personal training certifications.
